You ordered from us because you really liked what you saw and wanted to help those in Japan who have been affected by the typhoons.
However, we also understand that there are occasions when items you purchase may not be entirely what you expect - although we hope that this never happens!
Our return policy is 14 days, during which time we will offer a full refund including returning money donated to the typhoon to you. If you would like to return the product after 14 days, we can unfortunately not offer a refund or exchange.
We will not refund in full any item not in its original condition, there are clear signs of wear or tear, use, or damaged for reasons not on our part.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will aim to replace items if they are defective or damaged. We are also happy to exchange items if they are the wrong size or wrong colour. If you need to exchange it send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise of the best address to send to.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and checked, we will send an email to notify you that your item has been safely received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This but may take up to 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet after receiving confirmation from us that you would, firstly please check your bank account thoroughly.
Then contact your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund officially shows on some bank statements.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given to you after emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
